"I started personal training intending to strengthen an injured shoulder that had been slowly mending for more than 6 months and was prone to small setbacks with re-injuries. 1 month into Tami training and my pain free range of motion are back to normal and shoulder strength is improving weekly.
First thing realized in training was how weak my legs had become from lack of running, as I’d stopped running years before. I could not do even one “lunge” correctly. With focused leg strengthening training my leg strength improved and my walking and stair climbing became enjoyable and church genuflection a joy. My balance, stability and leg position flexibility increased a lot.
My feet have used and required orthotics for decades... 2 months into personal training and I’m comfortable walking barefoot, whereas 3 months ago a half day barefoot would leave my ankle and heel aching for days.
