My daughter asked me to sign up with her and told me we would be able to work with a trainer, this immediately caught my attention. From day one our trainer (Tami Lindsey) was very motivating; some of the things we learned from her were interval training, weight training and core training. The number one benefit I received from this program was the core training, Tami showed us different ways to work our core that did not involve doing the basic sit up.
